Registration can also be accepted by Fax or mail by downloading and completing the registration form.
Registration Fees
Registration fees are for symposium registration on April 26th and 27th.
Symposium fees include:
- All session materials
- Opening reception (Sunday)
- Refreshment breaks (Monday & Tuesday)
- Continental Breakfast (Monday only)
- Lunch with exhibitors (Monday & Tuesday)
- Charles River reception (Monday Night)
- Admission to the Exhibit Hall
Early (register by March 9th, 2010) Regular (March 10th or later)

Non-members $395.00 $450.00
Students* $150.00 $165.00
Please note that all fees are subject to 5% GST (12320-5551-RT-0001)
* Proof of student status will be requested at the time of registration
Fees for pre-Symposium Workshops are extra and can be selected during the on-line registration process and on the Registration Form. You must be registered for the Symposium in order to attend the Workshops.
Cancellation Policy
Substitutions can be made at any time up to the start of the Symposium. On-site changes will be charged a $10 badge re-printing fee. Cancellations will be permitted, subject to a $100 administration fee, with written notification to the CALAS/ACSAL National Office no later than midnight, April 8, 2010. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after midnight, April 8, 2010. Please notify the CALAS/ACSAL National Office in writing with any changes. Tickets for optional social events are non-refundable.
